We'll contact you when your beef is ready for processing
Beef cost is calculated based on hanging weight once it reaches butcher. At this time final remaining balance is due to Bowed G Farms.
You will deal direct with the USDA butcher and are responsible for harvest and cut/wrap fees owed to the butcher.
Pick up your packaged beef either at our farm, scheduled drop site, or directly from the butcher.

Practical Details: • Requires approximately 4 cubic feet of freezer space (fits in most standard freezer sections) • Typically provides 3-4 months of beef for a family of four • *Special processing methods like Halal or fully grass-fed may require longer wait times as we need to process full animals with these specifications
