  3. We'll contact you when your beef is ready for harvest

  4. Collaborate directly with our butcher on your custom cutting instructions

  5. Final cost is calculated based on actual hanging weight plus butcher and processing fees

  6. Flexible pickup options at either our farm or directly from the butcher

Practical Details: • Requires approximately 16-18 cubic feet of freezer space (dedicated chest freezer recommended) • Typically provides 12-16 months of beef for a family of four • Whole cow purchases receive priority for special processing requests like Halal or fully grass-fed options • The most economical way to purchase premium beef on a per-pound basis
