Each bundle includes approximately minimum of 55 lbs. of beef:

Delivery available upon request and location depending, delivery fee may apply. Pickup is by appointment only and can be arranged in Thurston,

Pierce, or King County. Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time

and location.

Product Weight and Contents

Each bundle includes at least 55 pounds of USDA-processed, vacuum-sealed frozen beef - and

often a little more. While we strive for consistency, cut selection may vary slightly based on

inventory. We guarantee every bundle meets or exceeds the advertised weight and value.

USDA Processed and Frozen

All cuts are processed at a USDA facility and frozen at peak freshness. We recommend 4 to 5 cubic

feet of freezer space per bundle.
