Privacy Policy

This page explains what information our website collects and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you join a waitlist, we save your name, email, and the product you asked about so we can let you know when it is available. Orders are completed through Shopify, which handles payment and order details.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the products you look at, items you add to your cart, your browser and device details, your IP address, and cookies that identify your browser. We use it to measure how our ads perform and to help Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested.

The Meta Pixel is not loaded for visitors whose device time zone indicates they are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

We also pass ad-tracking links (such as fbclid and utm_ tags from the link you arrived on) through to Shopify checkout so purchases can be matched to the ad you clicked.

Your choices

You can opt out of ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, block cookies in your browser, or use a content blocker. To ask about or delete your waitlist information, contact us at edg@bowedg.com.
