Deposits: Your deposit reserves your order from our next harvest and is non-refundable, unless we're unable to complete your order on our end. If that happens, we'll refund your deposit.

Returns: Because our meat is a perishable food product, we can't accept returns once your order has been picked up. If there's a problem with your order, please contact us at edg@bowedg.com.
