How ordering works
Our beef and chicken are raised and processed in small batches, so availability changes. In-stock items are ready for pickup soon after you order. Pre-order items are filled from our next harvest and are usually ready within 3–4 weeks. Butcher schedules can shift timing, and we'll email you if anything changes. Pickup details will be emailed to you after you order.
